Gentlemen,Thank you for everything. We had the most wonderful time. Before departing I was a little worried about our 1 night here and one night there towards the second half of our trip, but it was perfect. The both of you and Avanti timed this trip out exactly right.
Some feedback - driving in Scotland is not for the faint of heart. Mark is an excellent driver and still we had a few 'moments'. If any future clients are not confident drivers, we would discourage driving on the left in Scotland. (Caribbean - fine.... Scotland - whole different animal). Overall we are really really glad we rented the car and had the freedom to do whatever we wanted on our schedule.
Edinburgh castle - worth the time! What an amazing step back in time.
We would recommend one of the hop on/hop off tours in Edinburgh early in the trip - the ticket for the day booked AND the following day (one). Great overview of the city.
All of the tours we went on were WONDERFUL. The drivers were great, the amount of time was perfect.

The advice you gave us was right on the money. We were really happy to have the cruise back up to our family reunion out here in Oregon to avoid a second flight out here. Alaska was fabulous. The cruise food, service, entertainment and our veranda statement were all really excellent. We found the ship to be a little too big for our style. We didn't use the casino or high end jewelry and art shops at all. We only did one tour excursion. At the other 3 ports of call we arranged something much less expensive and still delightful for ourselves. For our next cruise I'm leaning toward another smaller ship, possible another Viking river cruise or a cruise to ports in Spain and Portugal or maybe Greece. Nancy and I will have to confer on that. We're probably looking at fall of 2026 for a timeframe, as we have some domestic plans for this fall.The advice you gave us was right on the money. Very rarely do I use travel advisors... The July 14, 2023 front page article in The Yankee Xpress was about "TNT Guys Having A Blast As A Cruise Planners Franchise" My husband and I were planning an Alaskan Cruise in 2024.We needed some advice and guidance. On Friday July 21, 2023 we first spoke with Ted Goulet. From that moment on, we knew we had struck gold. His expertise and love of travel soon had us focused in on a Holland America 10 Day Double Denali Cruisetour starting on June 13, 2024. With many choices, he was vital in narrowing the search. We booked August 7th. There were still 10 months of planning and preparation ahead - Ted was there every step of the way to make sure we had a great trip. He answered all of our questions and had tremendous insight into what would lie ahead.
This would be our 49th state that we would visit (Hawaii is left). We were surprised and delighted to find in the package of the final travel documents, two pairs of binoculars that were sent by Ted and Tom. The Alaska Cruisetour was a trip of a lifetime. We flew into Anchorage and took a train to Denali Our Denali 5 hour bus tour was from a woman who had competed and finished in the 2002 Iditarod. We boarded the Holland America Noordam in Whittier The ship's service was excellent. Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan provided three beautiful ports and excursions.
After this great vacation, Ted made sure he followed up with us. He was genuinely interested in our travels. We will be using Cruise Planners for all future cruise vacations.

Cruise Planners did a fabulous job in all phases of our trip to Britain. A welcome support call by Tom on the night of our departure from Boston was much appreciated; they were tracking our flight and were aware of the 2 plus hour delay in leaving. They offered any help we might need if the flight had to be changed. Luckily were able to leave after the delay on a smooth flight to London. Also Cruise Planners was able to arrange our late request for an earlier car service pickup from our hotel to Heathrow on the day of our return trip to Boston. Virgin Atlantic was an excellent plane and flight. This was our second trip with Cruise Planners. The first was Germany in 2019 also with Trafalgar. With no better way to say it, I feel confident in sending an enormous THANK YOU to you both for planning this unbelievably amazing trip for our crew! From your listening to our wants, your attention to detail, your printed document packet, your advice in preparing us to travel, and for your quick responses, even from abroad, with any questions, your personalized service was outstanding. We felt genuinely catered by your personalized service, and confident in this trip going flawlessly, which it did.While I realize that anything can happen while travelling, and many of those things (weather, delays, lost luggage, etc.) are out of your control, all of the other details were nicely packaged. With that said, our trip really did go flawlessly - even that beautiful high 70s/low 80s weather you requested!!
We really had an amazing, dream trip! It is hard to tell you what was the highlight (although croissants would be high on my list), but it was all great. In Paris, we seemed to hit all of the major sites - and while some were crowded, it was never truly overwhelming. The hotel was great, and our excursion to Normandie was outstanding! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with a tremendous experience visiting such a historic venue (a real boutique tour experience). We all found it to be a wonderful day! All of our day trips and excursions went off well, and some of us even managed a bonus trip up to Montmarte on an off afternoon to visit Sacre Couer. I will say personally, I found the Arc de Triomphe to be just stunning every time I saw it!
From Paris, the trip to London was great - the Eurostar is a great way to travel - fast, efficient, comfortable and on time. Our arrival at the train station was I believe the only time we saw rain in Paris, and by the time we hit London, that had stopped. We had a brief bit of rain on our first day in London (more sprinkles than actual rain), but nothing that stopped our activities. The hotel was another great find (I should note, despite the cooler temps, we appreciated the air-conditioned hotels in both cities). We enjoyed the planned activities in London and our separate off-time wandering. I know Greg and Annette enjoyed their Liverpool excursion, and some of us also managed to catch a show in London on our last night (Les Mis) and then spent some time at the National Gallery before heading to the airport home.
All in all, really a once-in-a-lifetime trip (at least as a big group). I think we would all love to go back at some point too. And again, without your assistance, I truly feel this never would have happened. From our very first phone call and then Zoom meeting, you made us feel so comfortable and cared for while planning such a big trip. We would have struggled to conquer such a big trip without your assistance. While I wish we could say that we brought you home some croissants to share, unfortunately they 1) would not have been fresh, and 2) frankly, they wouldn't have survived the trip home without being eaten!!
Since arriving home, I have been questioned by so many friends, coworkers and residents (where I work) all asking about the trip, how we planned it, etc. I have had multiple requests for your names and phone numbers, and I will be sharing that info with great pleasure, and I hope that they will reach out to you and take advantage of the wonderful service you provide!
Again, on behalf of the entire Blazejewski crew (I feel confident speaking for them), I offer my sincere thanks to you both. Ted and Tom,We cannot thank you enough for planning the amazing trip we just took to Italy. Mark and I have talked about doing this for a while, but speaking for myself, I felt a bit intimidated by the whole process! I love the idea of seeing another country was not quite brave enough to start the process.
You made it easy. We appreciate your personal touch, learning about Mark and I as well as the kids, personalizing the itinerary, being open to budgetary constraints and pushback (and wow are we glad we back a few things out - our days were full and our spending on meals was A LOT! LOL..)
The thing we've always loved about cruising is that the details are largely coordinated for you. This felt very much the same. You knew the right tour groups, travel schedules, etc so we could just follow the simple schedule you provided. The tour groups were great. I think the cooking class was hands down all of our favorite. Venice was beautiful, the train ride was a brilliant way to move from Venice to Rome and coordinating a driver to Tuscany was a stroke of genius.
We very much appreciated the emotional support when our first flight was delayed. Knowing you guys were actively working on a plan B allowed us to focus on getting to the airport. Your help eliminated a world of stress.
The tour of Siena was another special add. I had no idea such a place existed and the 2 hour tour was just long enough to get to know Siena and want to return another time.
You'll definitely be hearing from us again - our next non-US adventure will be Scotland/Ireland (tentatively thinking 2025?)

Ted and Tom helped the Chamber plan our 2023 trip to Italy. We worked with them from the very beginning to select the tour that was right for us. It was a group trip and they made themselves available at every point of the way to help promote and answer questions. They hosted an information session that was very professional and informative. This was my first time using a travel agency to book a vacation and after the amazing experience I had with Tom and Ted, I can't imagine doing it any other way. Scottish Tattoo trip!We cannot thank Tom and Ted enough for our amazing tour of Scotland. It was completely planned last minute due to a cancelled cruise and they were able to find a land tour of Scotland that fit into our time line and budget. Tom and Ted are great. You can stop reading now and book through them, or read on to learn just why they're great. We were seeking cruise specialists to plan our first river cruise and a transatlantic crossing. I was first impressed that Tom and Ted requested an hour-long interview to get to know us, our travel style, habits, and preferences, and hear about the good and bad from some past trips. They showed a clear desire to tailor their services to us, with very personalized suggestions and recommendations. They were invested in building a long-term service relationship, not just make a booking and get the commission. The interview gave both them and us a sense of the "chemistry" that makes for a positive collaboration and we felt more confident engaging their services.I am a researcher by nature and had done plenty of "homework" about potential itineraries. We had some tight constraints on our timing, so options were limited. Tom and Ted made sure that we didn't miss any potential choices and talked through the very different styles of the many river cruise lines to assure we chose one that fit our personalities.
For the transatlantic, they went above and beyond to log on at night when Cunard bookings first opened in order to assure we got exactly the cabin we wanted in a class that sells out quickly. So, immediately, we experienced both their very personalized service and the extra effort they put into their service.
After that great start, they helped us flesh out an already-planned, 2-week Italy trip, arranging private tours and transfers in three different cities. There was a lot of back-and-forth to get details right, dropping or adding elements, and they never lost patience with us. Not only were we thrilled with how everything turned out---on-time, courteous, safe drivers and well-informed, personable guides--but after our return, Tom and Ted asked for feedback on each part of the trip to help deepen their understanding of us as we plan future travel and to give them insights into their travel partners. TnT Guys really care about their customers, are incredibly thorough, very responsive, professional, and approachable.
They want you to have great travel and they make it happen as much through understanding you as through their broad knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, hotels, etc. And if you really read all of that, you earn 5 stars, too

What a team! My second trip planned by Tom and Ted...this one to Italy. I had so many places I wanted to see which I shared and I was all over the country. LOL! They let me know all things were possible but knowing I did not like to stay in too many hotels during one trip, they planned out a wonderful two week trip, seeing many places from just two different hotels, one in Sorrento and one in Florence. The Viking cruise personnel was stupendous and the hotels in Budapest and Prague during our land stays were wonderful as well. Celebrity made sure we were all safe traveling during COVID and the staff’s attention is not comparable to any service I have experienced before. The staff really felt more like close friends and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great honeymoon. Since everything was included on our trip we didn’t have to purchase any additional excursions. We did some hikes, deep sea snorkeling, and even some Latin dancing on the ship. Groups were small enough where you could ask as many questions as you wanted to the naturist. Tom and Ted were also very communicative during the process and because of them our honeymoon went on smoothly with no surprises.Tom and Ted put together a fabulous honeymoon for us. Working with Tom and Ted has been an absolute pleasure. My husband and I were married just before the COVID-19 pandemic struck. TnT had planned an amazing honeymoon to Southeast Asia for us, and we were already planning our second trip with them, when the world turned upside down. Our honeymoon had to be cancelled, but Tom and Ted were on top of everything. They continued to plan amazing adventures for us that unfortunately continued to be cancelled because of the pandemic. In July 2021, we were finally able to take our first trip planned by Tom and Ted to South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe, and all I have to say is it was so worth the wait. Every single detail was thought of for this trip. From making sure that we had 5 star lodging and amazing private tours to the small details like setting up our COVID tests in our rooms to move between countries and ensuring that my 30th birthday was celebrated everywhere we went. This 30th birthday tripped turned into our honeymoon and we felt like we were on top of the world. The thoughtfulness and care put into our trip was evident from the very beginning. They scheduled numerous phone calls with us to discuss any detail changes, they sent us a travel package including all of our documents to make sure everything went smoothly, and even sent us a gift to bring on safari. Attempting to travel after a pandemic could have been stress inducing if it weren't for Tom and Ted's steady guidance, thoughtfulness and thorough consideration for our safety. Hey Tom and Ted,I just wanted to reach out and say how FANTASTIC our vacation was in Mexico! Everything was so well planned and made me feel safe and cared for. I'm so glad we had BD experience setup because like you had warned us, it was overwhelming at the airport with all the different travel people. BD was amazing - they gave us wifi (!!!), had us download the app, explained all their resources, sanitized us and themselves often, and the drivers were great. Their App was easy to work with and they responded very quickly within it.
I felt very safe at the hotel and was impressed by their level of security. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and welcoming! The photographers were great, the wedding coordinator, everyone! The room was well kept, room service was on point, and the swim out pool was a great addition! And the food...oo..the food and the drinks were perfection.
I just really had a great time and wanted to thank you for all your hard working planning this trip. This was my first trip to mexico and you really went above and beyond! Both myself and my family thank you for making this trip safe and relaxing!

Tom and Ted, thank you again for all of your help planning our trip to Punta Cana for my wedding! Today marks one month from our special day and we are still talking about how it truly was a trip of a lifetime. I was worried about planning a wedding during the COVID 19 pandemic, but the both of you took the stress away and helped create a wonderful travel experience for all of my guests including my parents (ages 56 and 57). Not once did I turn into a bridezilla, which is a GOOD sign! I greatly appreciated the consistent communication throughout the planning process both with myself and my wedding planners on the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, Punta Cana resort, and keeping us organized with clear schedules, itineraries for all of our guests and all of our documents related to our big day.The resort we decided on was the perfect place for a wedding and a vacation and if it had not been for your dedicated research, we would have never found it. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana was an excellent location for my family and friends (total of 50 guests), beautiful rooms (I highly recommend the ocean front king swim up room), and great restaurants throughout the resort and their sister property, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. The staff on both resorts were incredible! They attended to our every request and truly made us feel at home. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our flights, excursions, and private transfers. The trip was an unforgettable experience! We are all so appreciative of everything you both did for us! We cannot thank you both enough!

Cruise Planners (TnTGuysTravel.com), Tom Hansen & Ted Goulet, worked on planning this trip for me for over a year. I cannot say enough good about these two as travel advisors. This is the 4th trip they have planned for me. I went to Australia in February to visit my sister and cruise to New Zealand. I got caught up in the whole Covid-19 travel thing. If not for Tom and Ted, I am not sure I still would not still be there! So, to stress how important it is to have a travel advisor…They had found me the best cruise to New Zealand with great prices and added benefits that fit my needs. I totally relied on these two to help with the air arrangements, trip advice, and their expertise to help when things got crazy trying to get home (this was after having our cruise cut short and then needing to quarantine 14 days, hence missing my scheduled flight home and having less flights out as the world shut down). They were there for me when things went sideways and went above and beyond, through the whole debacle. Not to say that the trip was not great, it just changed a great deal due to the pandemic.
There are elements of trust and human relationship qualities added to your travel when you use an advisor. It provides a feeling of safety and security knowing that you have someone watching your back during your entire trip. Tom and Ted acted as my advocates when I had difficulty returning home. They contacted the embassy in Australia, my Congressman, and their Senator. They got much further than I did on my own with the embassy. They made a better trip out of a bad situation.
Cruise Planners (TntGuysTravel.com) provided me with convenience and less stress. And, considering how difficult it is to communicate when you are 14 hours ahead of U.S. time, they were there for me every step of the way. They rebooked my flight and gave me instructions for getting through a tight connection in San Francisco airport. We even spoke when I finally got home. There is nothing like the feeling of being part of a chosen family and great friends.
I will continue to book all my travel through Tom n Ted and highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having a difficult time booking a trip to Italy for my husband and I. I knew what I wanted to do on our vacation, but I didn't have the time to comb through hundreds of hotel reviews, figure out the train system, and research how to rent a car. My good friend recommended Tom and Ted, and I reached out to them immediately for help. They were truly two of the nicest people, and they were so helpful in the planning. I certainly didn't make it easy for them (I had already booked parts of the trip, and I was reaching out only THREE months before our date of travel!), but they took everything I already had and planned a fantastic trip around it. Every hotel was spectacular, every train was easy, and pickup or dropoff was seamless. As a teacher, I appreciate good organization - I must say, Tom and Ted were so organized throughout the whole process. Ted and Tom,You guys are FABULOUS!!!! We remarked several times during our honeymoon “thank god for Ted and Tom!”. We had such a fantastic time on our honeymoon.
Our hotels were absolutely amazing - Hotel Navonna had the prettiest rooftop bar and the best front desk staff; Hotel Minerva was SO gorgeous, had great breakfast, great staff, beautiful pool and roof bar; the Grand Hotel de La Minerve was stunning — even too nice for us!!!! The breakfast there was incredible, and what a location!! View of the Pantheon from our window.
We had the same driver more than once, Alberto, and he was fantastic. Our other drivers, also fantastic, and we did count our lucky stars to NOT be driving ourselves since Italian rules of the road are more than a little scary!
The cooking class you set up for us was unbelievable. It was Chris and I and one other young couple who actually got married the same day we did. We made a ton of food and learned how they make wine there, and then of course drank plenty of wine! I would highly recommend it to anyone who goes to Sorrento. We also loved the boat cruise to Capri you set up. We had the most fantastic captain and guide, both on the boat and on land. Honestly there aren’t any better words to describe it than magical. Chris and I swam into a beautiful grotto and they took us to a natural pool enclosed by cliffs called Bagni della Regina Giovanna - SO beautiful. What an amazing experience. All the tours we did in Rome were also fantastic and we really appreciated being part of smaller groups for those.
You set us up perfectly for transportation and when we missed our train back to Rome (a totally foolish mistake on our part, we read the schedule wrong and thoughts ours was delayed, it wasn’t.) you fixed a difficult situation for us. We were having mini panic attacks worrying about our driver and everything else about being stuck in a country we don’t speak the language and you fixed it for us! We were so, so grateful.
If we had set up our own trip, I’m sure we would have had a good time. But because of you both, we had an amazing, wonderful, perfect honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. It was perfect. We can’t thank you enough!!!!!

Our family of four recently returned from the most worry-free vacation we’ve ever been on thanks to TnT Guys Travel! We spent 8 days in the UK, visiting both London and Edinburgh. All of our tickets, event vouchers, car-pickups, hotel check-ins - it all went off without a hitch! Each member of the family had a different favorite part. Our 12-year-old daughter loved riding the London Eye - Tom & Ted’s advice to take the champagne package led to such a special and positive experience. Our 15-year-old son still hasn’t stopped talking about the Royal Military Tattoo in Edinburgh - Tom & Ted made sure we had the best seats in the house! This trip was for our honeymoon, YAY!! We went from July 1st, to July 10th and man was that amazing. My only regret was going while it was still hot here! The weather was absolutely fabulous, so warm we had so many beach days it was perfect. So all of the great stuff, we have a swim up butler suite... AMAZING and our butler was so cool we honestly spent more time in that pool than anywhere else. There were cats wandering the resort, which was amazing because we were both homesick missing our cats and they were so friendly!! We got to ride in a fancy BMW to and from the resort! The restaurants were fantastic, although we both weren't a fan of the buffet for breakfast or lunch. Which leads us into some inevitable negatives, every single flight of ours was delayed..... by at least an hour, so that was no fun. We got to the resort 3 hours late. Not so much a negative, but there really wasn't anything going on at all like for entertainment so we found ourselves going to bed early every night. Which don't get me wrong that's not bad because we were close to the first ones on the beach!! All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and relaxed which is really what we wanted. Working with Ted and Tom is always a breeze, this is our third time now and we wouldn't do it any other way!This trip was for our honeymoon, YAY!! Dear Tom and Tim,Thank you for your superb recommendations, planning, and follow up in securing our dream vacation. You were absolutely right about Sandals Barbados Resort & Spa. It truly was fantastic! The accommodations were pristine, with the balcony overlooking the pool and waterfall. There were so many excellent restaurants to choose from! We loved Schooner's Seafood Grill, Kimonos, Bombay, and the Parisian. The food at Bombay was among the best Indian food we've ever had. Each day we indulged ourselves by taking a trip to the Cafe de Paris, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee and coconut ice-cream, which we then worked off at the bowling alley. And then there was the beach -- absolutely gorgeous! Walking the beach and swimming created memories for a lifetime.
Most of all, Roger and I want to thank you both for your unbelievable attention to detail. From start to finish, your passion and commitment to ensure that we had a wonderful trip was unsurpassable.

Hi Ted and Tom,Just a quick note to thank you so much for all of your support and direction in helping us to plan our recent vacation to Mexico. Until we found you, we had resigned ourselves to the fact that a family vacation wasn't in the cards this year, given the costs we were seeing for last-minute travel. However you guys really "knocked it out of the park!"
We had never heard of the Bahia Principe in Mexico and we were initially hesitant as the deal sounded too good to be true. But based on your guidance, we took a leap of faith, and our expectations were greatly exceeded! The resort is beautiful, and in this case, all-included means what it says. There are vast stretches of beach, at least a 1/2 dozen pools to choose from, a water park for the little kids, and non-motorized water sports included. In addition to the standard buffet restaurants, there were many specialty restaurants and all food and drinks were included (the only exception was premium wine for purchase, however each restaurant also has house wine at no charge)! It never felt crowded and I must say the staff worked tirelessly to keep the grounds well manicured. In fact, they had an entire crew dedicated to removing seaweed from the swimming areas while we were there! Our room was great and even had a view of the ocean, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, your recommendation to visit Xel Ha as our one excursion was terrific, for both of our kids (4 and 10) and us!
We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Bahia Principe, and of course, we'll be sure to reach out to you for our next vacation. Thanks again!

Hi Tom,As Bob said, our trip was a 10 for all of us.
The resort was fabulous - elegant, colorful, tastefully designed. The Lobbies at Akumal and Tulum were beautiful - Akumal's huge sculpture of the warrior emerging from the corn created a really wonderful atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Given that I am someone of limited mobility, I really appreciated the electric cara rides to and from our room to the lobby.
The pool/river with water bar, the beach, the massages under a beach palapa, the delicious food at both the restaurants and the "buffet", the entertainment in the evening, the fabulous weather and the incredibly fun, warm and friendly resort staff made this the perfect place for all of us. As I am sure you could tell, I was a resort snob before this - thanks to your excellent choice, I'm a convert. We'll be back to you about other trips we have on the list. Many many thanks - Christine

We had a blast! The property was awesome. They ran out of rooms that we reserved so we ended up with a full 2 bedroom. The place was nice, well set up and easy to use. The facility was great. Nice pools (7 in total) and had some great amenities (we played the 18 hole mini golf). The gym was great (I was able to put in a full workout) and the staff was helpful and friendly. They did clean the room and make the beds every day, which I wasn’t expecting as typically the time shares don’t during the week. It was good. Parking was a little challenging is my only complaint. I’d give it 9 out of 10.Disney was fantastic . We managed to be one of the first people on the new Banshee ride in Animal Kingdom. When we exited the ride, the line was at a 3 hour wait. So we got really lucky.
The whole weekend seemed to go our way with almost everything. Was perfect.

Nothing better than actually caching up and traveling with your very own cruise planners, Tom and Ted! So glad I chose to take this trip and was excited to have the company of those two and some of their other friends. The Avalon ship and crew members were all wonderful. I could not think of anyone else better to trust with our very exciting, group of 12, cruise to Alaska but TNT. They made the choice so easy for me. I didn’t even have to think twice to refer the entire group to them. They are always quick to respond to any question whether it be an easy one or difficult one. Ted, Tom, Leslie and I had a great time on our Rhine River Cruise. Everything went smoothly with no hassles. We certainly appreciated the champagne that was waiting for us in our suite, and I do mean suite. We were upgraded to one of the two Explorer Suites on the ship. Very spacious and everything included. The Viking staff was superior. Very attentive, and the ship was very clean. Would not hesitate to use Viking again. The weather was flawless with the exception of one day that was overcast with about 10 minutes of drizzle. You guys might want to work on that - lol.To follow up the cruise we get home and have some delicious cookies delivered to us by you guys. Monika was right, you guys do a great job to earn your clients business. I wanted to put a testimonial on your website, but couldn't see how to do it. Feel free to use this if you would like to.

Hi everyone,I will say we had a wonderful time on our cruise. First of all, the staff on the Diamond Princess were phenomenal. They were all very clean, well groomed and professional in appearance. In addition, they were super attentive and were very pleasant all the time. The wait staff and steward remembered everything we liked or did not like and got to know our requests even before we asked. Secondly, the ship was very clean and easy to get around on and had everything you could ask for. The captain and crew kept us well informed about our sea adventure and what to expect. Lastly, our ports and excursions were wonderful. One always wants more time in each port but the time we had was always a fun, beautiful, learning adventure. Speaking of beautiful, The Fjordlands were a spectacular bonus!! I highly recommend spending an extra day or two in Auckland and Sydney before or after the cruise because there is so much to two in each city.
Thank you Tom and Ted for putting together a great trip. You guys were always so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. You were especially patient with those of us who were slower with our decision making and were also very gently on us to make sure we had what we needed, ie passports and visas. I can not say enough about your professional yet fun demeanor! You are great!

Tom it was awesome!Started off with Vincenzo from the car service picking us up at the airport. He could not have been more friendly. He was also our driver for our private tour as well as driving us to the train station when we left Rome. He helped make Rome great for Rachel.
Seeing the country by train as well traveled from Rome to Venice then Venice to Trieste was incredible. The hotel accommodations in each city, especially Trieste, were really great and convenient. The only hitch we ran in into was in Venice when the City Tour boat wasn't running on our second day in Venice. It was no big deal because Rachel and I walked 12 miles that touring the city. It was fantastic.
Obviously the sites, sounds and food were awe inspiring.
Thank you for coordinating everything for us it was truly a life experience we won't forget!

We just came back from St. Lucia, a trip so professionally arranged by Tom & Ted.I had heard about Tom & Ted from my daughter who kept telling me how wonderful they are! My husband and I have been traveling for years and have gone to several different travel agencies. We were never quite happy with any of them. We happened to meet Tom and Ted at a Mall in Massachusetts where they had a travel kiosk. We immediately liked them and decided to book our travel with them. We booked a trip to Australia and the South Pacific through them and have booked an upcoming cruise to Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam for January of 2018. They took care of everything for us and we felt as if we were their only customers. They were constantly contacting me to make sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions for different things. We had an incident at the airport on our way to Australia and I called them. I was panicking because we were in danger of not making our trip!! They immediately took charge of the situation and had it resolved in a matter of about 20 minutes. I was so grateful to them. Hi guys.We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It was awesome and much more than I thought it would be. It was mystical at times; it was Holy at other times. Sometimes the hotels were a struggle, but given that they were in Northern Scotland, that was not too surprising. The Orkney's were outstandingly haunting. The local guides were all very knowledgeable and added a wonderful color to the trip. The bus driver was outstanding!! I could not believe how large Scotland was, even if there were only two-way roads.
Two stories from Glasgow: One, we were at a "pret a manger" (not sure about the spelling). The clerk was taken with our accents and promptly gave us free cookies. Earlier we found an Irish pub in an alley and had a wonderful late lunch and early dinner. Folks were very friendly.
Over the past 10 to 15 years we had traveled to Ireland first (Jim's side of the family); southern England and Norwich (my side of the family) and now Scotland (Jim's side again), and we were very moved to have the Scotland trip at this time. It felt like we were completing a trifecta.
We loved the seats on Air France. However, we could have used more time between our flight from Glasgow and the home flight out of Paris. We made it in time, but it was a sprint where we had to go through security at Paris between landing and heading to the departure gate to fly home.
The re-routing on the flight out of Boston turned out okay.
Also, the folks in the tour turned out to be delightful. We made friends with some; some chose not to mingle with us, which was fine.
One final comment, we learned a lot about the culture, history, and politics of life in Scotland, aspects which I really love. The differences between the cities and the country life were dramatic; the struggle over Bexit and differing perspectives; and the continuing conversation and sometimes "hot" debate over Union or independence was there to be seen. It was fascinating.
So, it was a great tour and a wonderful time! Thanks for helping us make this happen.

Hi Ted and Tom!!We are back from Japan!!
It was an amazing trip and the kids had a wonderful time! Every part was great (maybe except for the ryokan) and I think everyone should experience Disney sea once in their life.
The guides you helped us with were both great! Different in their ways but we were very comfortable with them and they were very helpful. We actually got very lucky in Kyoto because our driver was a guide for Japanese guests (didn't speak English) so he was very knowledgeable and even helped us with reservations at the most amazing shabu shabu restaurant. It ended up being our best meal in Japan!
We've been back for a week and now have probably gotten back on track with sleep. It was worth it:)

Ted and Tom really know how to plan the best trips! We did zero research on the countries we wanted to go to and left the entire planning aspect up to them. They hit everything we could have wanted to see! They took care of all transportation and events. All we had to do was read the itinerary and enjoy ourselves!We even experienced an earthquake that we were worried would ruin our plans and they were taking care of everything for us from home during the early morning hours.

Hi Tom and Ted,I would like to thank you both so very much for all you have done in the last few months to make our honeymoon, and our rehearsal dinner so meaningful!
First of all, our rehearsal dinner was great! Tony was super to us and the meal was delicious! We were in that little area in the back and it was perfect!! It was great atmosphere and just a great place for all of us. Thank you for the recommendation.
Our wedding was also perfect and a day to remember, just so you know. It was a day we will remember for a long time and we are glad it is behind us.
The cruise: I wanted to share some insights and feedback on our cruise. We LOVED our Penthouse Suite!!!! There is no way we would ever cruise again without going this route. The room was beautiful and more than met our expectations. Our Butler, Jayson, was exceptional and in all honesty, made our cruise perfect! He met all our needs and then some. (Spoiled us, truth be told! We will miss our afternoon snacks and room service!)
The islands were all decorated for the holidays already, as was the Philadelphia airport! Interesting.
I would not hesitate to take another cruise.

Hi guys!Just wanted to thank you for everything you've done for us! We had an amazing time in St.Lucia! The resort was gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly! We didn't end up checking out any of the other resorts because we were so occupied! We were greeted with champagne and cool towels upon arrival and our room was decorated for the honeymoon! The room was perfect! We had a great view of the water on the opposite side of the hotel so it was quiet yet still had a beautiful ocean view and even got a good picture of a rainbow! We met so many new friends! We zip lined in the rainforest, cruised the sunset catamaran, booked a tour (through exodus on the beach) that took us snorkeling between the pitons, into the drive through volcano, to the mud bath, a waterfall, shopping, and delicious homemade food! The food at the resort was also great! I think out favorite was kimonos and Gordon's though we ended up having a favorite dish at each restaurant! The locals were also so friendly! We had the time of our lives! And thank you so so much for everything you did with helping us plan and all the advice.. oh and not to mention the cookies are phenomenal!

This was my husband and my first cruise. So as you can imagine we had a lot of questions and concerns. And I was very nervous and wanted everything to go as planned. Ted and Tom from Cruise Planners were always willing and able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Not once did either one of them make me feel like I was bothering them or inconveniencing them in anyway. Everything they told us to expect when we went on the cruise happened.Once on the cruise ship we were getting our belongings in our cabin put away and we heard a knock on the door. It was Ted and Tom. They were looking at changes that Norwegian made to the ship. But while on the ship they checked in with us and the other parties that came with us, which I thought was extremely thoughtful of them. We also received thoughtful gifts while on the ship from Ted & Tom. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure that you are prepared and ready to have fun! I would definitely recommend them and will use them for all of our vacation needs.

Amalfi Coast = amazing...
We ate ( for the first time ) at almost all of the specialty restaurants on board- Wonderland and Joe's Italian were the 2 favorites.
Business class flights.... Totally worth it!!!! We got to the airport early ( as you know 😜 ) and there must have been 100 other people in line to check in to economy - 2 in business class, so we zoomed through check in... Also zoomed through TSA while others had to wait. We also were able to sit in the VIP lounge until our flight boarded. Free wifi... Food & drinks and places for sleeping (Kurt). Kathy & girls did some shopping- Katie watched her DVDs and I read & people watched. 🤓

Hey Tom + Ted,Our trip was absolutely phenomenal!! We loved every part of it. The staff was the friendliest staff we have ever encountered, and the ship was stunning. The food was delicious and we had an absolute blast both on and off the ship. It was seriously the best (but hopefully not last) vacation we've ever taken! It was also so great planning everything through you two because when the actual morning came I had all of my paperwork printed out, and I felt super organized while we were traveling.
Thank you two so much for helping me plan everything and answering all of the questions I had throughout the planning process. I wish we could afford to cruise every year, but I can say that when we can afford to cruise again I would love to plan it with you two. I'm so happy my mom got the recommendation to use you. I don't think I would have been able to organize everything so nicely or get so much useful information if I just did it myself.
I had the time of my life and Timmy did too. Thank you both again for all of your help and for checking in on us and making sure we had a rocking time. Hopefully I'll be in touch with you two in the near future when we plan our next cruise!

We just returned from our first Alaska cruise, but not the first cruise arranged by TnT. And it won't be our last!! TnT continues to exceed our expectations. Our experience was extraordinary, from the travel arrangements, hotels (we stayed in and toured throughout Seattle pre and post cruise), our ship, the Celebrity Solstice and the tours/excursions. The sights were incredibly beautiful and with TnT's magic, we have created a lifetime of memories. The trip was magnificent. Flying First Class certainly made the long flight more endurable.
Kona is a beautiful island with picturesque shoreline and rolling mountains. We got to see most of the island and marveled at the juxtaposition of black lava and green oasis' side by side. We all felt that Kona has the bluest water, we've ever seen, breathtaking sunsets and bright sunrises. The Luau entertainment combined a history of the people of the island in with the dancing, which was both educational and fun. We made it to a local museum and learned more about King Kamehehe and his emphasis on hospitality, which is clearly felt from the island people. After a week of great fun, we determined a return trip is in order.
There was one little issue with the Hyatt Hotel. They didn't have a name on the reservation which made checking in difficult. Other than that it was superb.
Thank you for arranging all of the details. My stay in San Francisco went without a hitch and I easily made the flight home.

This was the first cruise that my boyfriend and I have ever been on and we enjoyed it so much we booked another one as soon as we got home! Ted and Tom made everything so easy that we hardly had to do any work to have such a fantastic time. From arranging a hotel in New Orleans a couple days before the cruise, to helping us decide what things we wanted to do aboard the ship, they helped with everything. The services provided by Tom & Ted is top notch!! We have traveled thru them twice now with a third trip planned this summer. Regardless how much we bother them at the onset with silly questions while trying to decide where to go, etc. they are more than patient and helpful.Nothing like traveling with your travel agent though, I may add. They arranged a CSAWM trip with Royal Caribbean, and handled all the details impeccably. From the time we embarked on our journey, until we returned, everything went without a hitch.. albeit they could not control the weather! They took care of the hotel rooms, our tours/activities, dinner options and then once aboard the ship they continued in same fashion by hosting an unforgettable dining experience known as the Chef’s Table. If I had any complaint it was that I had to go home!.
For years, we have made all of our own travel arrangements, but now due to the value they provide, we will go thru them going forward as they sure know how to improve a travel/vacation experience.

We had a fantastic time in DC. The driving was a little hectic, but we made it to the hotel and then did not drive until we left. As you may recall, we chose the Big Bus Tour as part of our sightseeing tours. This was a fantastic choice for us, thank you for suggesting it. We could not have been more pleased. The staff was professional and always available to answer questions. Here are a few recommendations for anyone going to DC.1. Big Bus tours: Do the 48hr tour with night sight seeing option. If you have more time in DC, also plan on an additional 24 hour pass for Big Bus Tour. We did not have enough time to see all the sights we wanted, but it was our problem and nothing with the tour package.
2. Visit the National Cathedral - what an exciting place to visit. You can take the Green Loop of Big Bus tour to get there.
3. Arlington National Cemetery is also a must. Try to be there for the changing of the guard ceremony.
